At heart Sarah, the florist behind Rook Botanics, is a romantic. This comes through in her whimsical and wild designs.

We understand that every wedding is unique. That's why we take the time to get to know each couple and their vision for their big day. We’ll create bespoke floral designs that reflect your love story. Choosing the right wedding florist is so important, and it can be overwhelming finding the perfect fit.

Sarah likes to learn from the best too.

In 2022 she attended two jam-packed days learning from Leafy Couture and in early 2023 attended a weeklong course at the world renowned McQueens Flower School.

She also completed a year long BTEC in Floristy (many years ago!)

The planning process

If you have a really clear idea for your wedding florals that’s great, but if you’re feeling a bit clueless and need some guidance, that’s totally fine as well.

  1. Contact Rook Botanics

  2. You’ll receive a wedding questionnaire and pricing guide

  3. You can book in a complimentary zoom call - this is a chance for us to chat, get to know each other and discuss your ideas

  4. I’ll put together a quote for you - this is valid for three months

  5. If you’re happy with your quote you can secure the services of Rook Botanics for your wedding date by paying the £250 (unless otherwise discussed) deposit. This is non-refundable, but will be deducted from your final outstanding balance.

  6. Three to four months before you wedding date we'll finalise any details (and it's absolutely fine if you've changed your mind on certain aspects or need to add in any extras.)

  7. The final balance is due at least 30 days before the wedding

Please note that I work flexible hours and I'm often working on site. I aim to respond to all emails within 72 hours, but during peak seasons it may be longer. Email is the best way to contact Rook Botanics as messages via Instagram and other platforms can easily be missed.

I’m Sarah, the face behind Rook Botanics. I fell head over heels for flowers when I was fourteen, and that love has continued to grow.
